FlipTrip is an online travel platform that enables itinerary customization and booking for destinations less traveled in the Philippines. It was soft launched in July 2014, beginning with the capital of the Philippines, Manila, as its first destination.

She has extensively travelled throughout her home country. Her travels have so far taken her to 50 of the 81 provinces of the Philippines, and she is planning to visit the remaining 31 provinces over the next year to become the youngest woman to visit all 81 provinces. Her journey will be documented on http://fliptrip.ph/MISSIONPH81. Through this, April aims to promote travelling in the Philippines to both the local and the international market and bring awareness towards the lesser travelled destinations in the country; whilst providing a testimony to the beauty and great adventures in the Philippines.
April is an advocate of sustainable tourism development, working closely with her partners in the provinces to ensure that tour operators and establishments partnered with FlipTrip follow the guidelines of ecotourism. She believes that tourism development can be a means to promote inclusive growth; and thus aims to promote lesser travelled destinations to help stimulate economic growth in smaller communities through tourism.
Head of Communications Jackie is a world traveller, having lived in 8 different cities in 5 different countries. Jackie’s experience ranges from working in business development and sales for a Chinese sourcing company to fashion public relations and marketing in Australia.
Her background focuses primarily in journalism and marketing, and she has contributed writings to international magazines, including CNNGo and ShanghaiTalk Magazine. Her speciality is in building lasting relationships between product, consumers and partners. Jackie’s passion lies in helping local businesses in local communities grow.
Ragde Falcis is the CTO of FlipTrip and owns web development firm, Gorated Innovation Labs. Through Gorated Innovation Labs, he has spearheaded projects for SMART, Globe, Unilever, Nestle, TipidPC.com and other Fortune 500 companies.
After a stint of teaching at University of Makati, he decided to build his own team of developers to pursue being a full-time entrepreneur. Having experienced launching multiple projects under his belt, he acted as a mentor for AngelHack Manila 2013 and 4SQ HACKDAY PH2012. Currently, Ragde and his team are working on a special project for the Office of the President.
